Hello, I'm James Haycock

Im an experienced digital profession with in-depth knowledge of social data, platforms and emerging digital technologies. I've worked with organisations ranging from tiny startups through the NHS and 10 Downing Street to ITV and ASOS.com. In 2009 I setup Adaptive Lab, a digital innovation company. We're a motley, nimble and scalable crew of strategists, product managers, UI designers and developers who like to deliver digital awesomeness daily.

Our skill is in helping clients make their ideas become a reality and delivering smart solutions to their challenges quickly. We've watched tiny startups challenge established industry leaders who then struggle to keep pace and are here to help companies think and act like a smaller, more agile business.

We're looking to work on big problems and challenges. Those where an answer isn't really known yet but through some blood, sweat, tears and smart thinking an elegant solution can be formed.

When not immersed in t'interweb I can usually be found searching for a new restaurant, cafe, market or cooking up a storm (/mess) in the kitchen. I'm also a big lover of music.
